Eclipse stable won't open

I can only imagine why it doesn't open, as you aren't giving us any information.

Does it simply stall?  Does your computer crash? Do you get a runtime error? Do you get another sort of error?  Error loading scripting engine? Error loading colors.txt?
Does the system freeze while opening?
Does it go non-responsive, or never respond to begin with?

It's times like this I wish I could read member's minds; it'd make providing support much easier.

You either need WinRar or do you mean that your client doesn't open when you click on it O.o
