Patrick
I think it's colours.txt in GUI or GFX or something. It's there somewhere.
Robin
Having names different colours is in Origins. Rip it from that.

tommy87
Well, in my opinion that's not very difficult. And there's not any reason to download and use E.O. "willy-nilly".I try to suggest you to see sub [ HandleKeypresses ] in [ modGameLogic ]. When you can read "Call AddText" or, simply, around "Call PlayerMsg" .. the syntax obbligates you to declare which color to use for the text, always.Try to look for the functions which direct the Global\Map chats etc.. I'm sure you will find something like "Call PlayerMsg" or "AddText" blabla.
Robin
@tommy87:> And there's not any reason to download and use E.O. "willy-nilly".It's a hell of a lot easier to rip a system than build it yourself especially if you don't have any programming experience.Origins shows a simple way of doing it. tommy87
I wrote "willy-nilly" just to precise that if a project is young, you can change\update\move on to an other version of E. fastly.. but, on the contrary, it's better to try to improve the functions of your own version\project of E. .Sorry Robin - Really, lol. Don't flame me please. :DMine just was an observation.
