Tuna Noodle Casserole

Well since I was so happy when the cooking board was made, I guess I should have at least one recipe here… so here's my mom's version of tuna noodle. It's really easy.

**Ingredients:**

* A medium-large bag of egg noodles
* A can of cream soup. Mushroom or chicken both work well
* 3/4 can of milk. Use the soup can.
* 1-2 cans of tuna depending on how much tuna you want. I use one can, my girlfriend uses two.
* A bag of wavy/ruffled regular chips
* Frozen peas. I use a lot, but I love peas.
* A goddamn shitload of cheese, or approx 500g metric. Grated.

**Instructions:**

* Boil noodles.
* Mix soup, milk, tuna, peas, & half of the cheese.
* Mix the noodles in the wet mix
* Fill a 9x12 casserole dish with noodle mix. I use two 8x8 dishes, one deep and the other shallow.
* Crush the chips into small pieces and top the noodles with them. The entire top should be covered lightly.
* Top with the rest of the grated cheese. A nice layer should cover the whole pan.
* Bake at 350F until cheese is all melted.

It's delicious. I usually make enough for a few days.
