[ES] A real mainmenu vb6 question

Does editing the graphics in VB6 actually change how the MainMenu displays in game?

I've done this in VB6:


And when I compile/run it shows up perfectly with the background image,
But afterward when I just run the client without VB6, none of the menus are there.
The background is still displayed (from the image in the GUI) and I can still click the buttons, though.

Oh, so on top of compiling I have to recreate the client launcher.

It's not like other languages where when you do a compile & run it'll create the .exe for you.

Running the project IDE is different from compiling the .exe file.
