Deadfrost Online Music

Hey everyone! I'm currently in the process of creating my MMO Deadfrost Online. I feel as if the game is not yet ready to be shown to the public so i've decided to show off some of the music that my friend has created for the game instead of creating a full post! He doesn't have an account on this forum though for all interested. He is not a professional at making music but I still really like his work. One or two of these tracks may randomly cut off because I plan on changing some of them in to loops.

I'd just like EVERYONE to know that I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS PROJECT. I AM IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH THIS PERSON OR PROJECT.

They just coincidentally have a screenshot of a character called "Dog" on their website. A coincidence and not some ploy to market off of my godlike popularity, I'm sure.

I have NEVER and will NEVER contributed or contribute anything to this project. 

Could you please take the screenshot of "Dog" down from your site and replace it with something else. Some people might get confused and assume anything you make is linked to me and assume it's mine, which will give me a bad reputation for having superior poor quality work. I might want to open up a graphics store in the talent center one day.

On topic:

I hate the music.

I like the drum sequence for the marketplace soundtrack but everything else is Garbagé.

Wish I could be more constructive than it seems but when it comes to music, it's all about practice. Pixel art is mostly theory, music is mostly practice. Almost, every musician I've met who tried to make a song for me has failed to make anything I like. They make over complicated shit that's completely unmemorable because all they know is music theory and it comes out sounding like ass being ploughed along a piano.

Your friend definitely has an ear for music, unless he copied that drum sequence from somewhere, but natural skill only gets you so far.

Thank you for the criticism. Also every other community besides Eclipse i've been known as Dog same goes for my Youtube channel so thats why my username is that in the game.

The music is incredibly repetitive, and seems very out of sync for the most part, not a fan of it. It also has a really poor choice of rythm, at least the marketplace and village one, the village one hurts my brain with a really bad melody. I'd recommend you try and listen to some other melodies from other games, and copy them.
