Visual Basic problems

Hi,

This time i have got Visual Basic 6 PRO, but it wouldn't allow me to even start up the setup. When i want to start the whole thing up, it is giving me the following error:

'Unexpected error; quitting'

Does anybody know how to fix this? It's really annoying, cause i'm using Windows 7, and Visual Basic had no problems at all when i had Windows XP on my computer…

Vb6 should work on win7.
Try getting the NORMAL vb6, no pro, no portable.

VB6 is able to run on Windows 7, as I have Windows 7 and it works fine for me. It might help running it in XP Compatability Mode though.

I already tried that, but it doesn't change the problem…

I'm running VB6 Enterprise on Win7 64-bit perfectly fine.

Make sure you've got a decent copy of it and make sure you install it properly.
