Auto Updater progress bar

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out and show me how I would be able to add a progress bar into Robins Auto Updater so it starts when the updater connects to the server and ends when the files are all updated.

I haven't ever used the progress bar before so I have no idea how to do this.

I gave you great google keywords [via PM] to help you out, as I thought maybe you should learn something, but apparently you are incapable of even googling, so I have no idea how you are going implement this.

For progress of the update itself, just adjust the value of a progress bar at certain places in the update sub/class.
