Ancient Posted July 24, 2014 Author Share Posted July 24, 2014 Hello all thank you for your time.I am reaching out in regards to to development on the old source for Eclipse Origins v.4.X silver/gold.Once Eclipse V comes out on the new language will development on Eclipse Origins v.4.X stop completely?Are there any planned updates for Eclipse v.4.X, or will games made in v.4.X be able to transfer to V?Thank you again for your time, debating buying gold and geting hosting. jcsnider Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 Last I heard, EO4 will be kept up with bug fixes to an extent after Eclipse V is released. As for new features/major edits I cannot say.Transferring of content for EO4 to EV is also undetermined, there will be compatibility issues that would make it, difficult (dynamic map sizes for example).
