Apparently "[swatting](http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=swatting)" is a "prank" that's been going on for a while now. It involves making a fake phone call that demands SWAT presence (usually done to live-streamers [on twitch]).

Swatting is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard of. People who do it are immature kids who think wasting the city's money and time is funny when those people who respond to the call could be out solving a real problem.
