Weird hard drive problem

So for some reason, my hard drive now says it needs to be formatted…. However

- My wii can still read all the games on the WBFS partition, and even read my movies off the NTFS partition
- EASEUS Partition Master can see both partitions and their data
- Active Partition Recovery can see both partitions and all the data

So it's just operating systems that can't read it? Any idea what to do? Formatting is not an option.
