My first pixels :)

Hey guys I know I havn't really been active on the forums recently. Im kinda the lurker type but im gonna change that :) im gonna be posting free to use sprites (and tiles when I get better at them) custom made by me :). I will also be holding a pixel workshop once I get better to contribute :)

ANYWAY~~~

heres a few sprites by me , they are my first pixel art attempts ever so I know they wont be the best but positivie criticism is always good. Give me feed back on what I should change about them.

Not bad at all. The only thing i dont like is how pixely some parts of the cloths look, and the tops ones hair.

thanks, the hair on the top one i thought looked good :o it doenst look very pixelly to me but ill try to make it better and, im not the best at clothes so far lol so ill try to make them less pixelly too :). thanks i appreciate the input

eh… They're really not that great.  The top ones hair is a bit messed up, and his shirt has clear dark green lines on him, which make him look like he's wearing a leaf.  Also, you should start out making the sprite without clothes so u get the shape right, then make the clothes.

You should study the anatomy of the human body your sprites look a bit weird. (unless you wanted some crazy cartoonish look) For example your top sprite looks like he has no arms or that they got absorbed by his massive hands. The hair on the second one should atleast show part of his second eye. The way you have it looks like he has a deformed face. But keep trying you have potential just try to improve them and post again.
