The fact that you were stopped from manually registering the DLL is worrying. Sounds to me like you're using Vista with UAC going at full force. Without the file it wouldn't have worked! It didn't work for the other guy either. He had the same problem as me. Could have somthing to do with windows 7? ELIS is the library files installer, why didn't you install it, you were asked to install it and you didn't I have windows 7, works fine for me. When you install them you need to be running an administrator account, you need to run the program as administrator, you need to run it in compatibility mode for XP SP3 and you need to turn off your UAC.
