[EO] Running and Walking

Hi, I just downloaded the newest version of EO (1.2.0) and I would like to know how to change the run and walk speeds and how to make shift run, and normal (no shift) to be walking. Thanks, and if you know the answer, please help me out.

Just curious, if you were to change the number, you would be able to make one larger than the other.
If you were to change the words, how would you do it? It's simple logic.
