Error loading the scripting engine Windows 7

when I try to run the game engine I get error "loading the scripting engine", I'm using windows 7, i also get  "error 339" when i run the client. I installed the library files, what else can I do to fix this?

Have you tried running the server and client as administrator, and downloading ELIS files?

What version are you using?

Are you sure you right clicked > Run as administrator?
