Soulz Inc. now recruiting

Okay so since I have gotten a new site and programs I have decided to bump up Soulz Inc. Just in case you don't know who we are, here is some history explaining who we are. Soulz Inc. is an online group for teens who want to become programmers, game developers, and even graphic designers.

>! We started in 2009 attempting to make an online game called Psychic Journey. The game was originally created by 2 teens, Dylan Dodds and Matthew Kenny. Later a new member joined us she was 19 and wanted to learn how to do programming. After asking if she could join, Dylan, had an idea to form a programming team to help teens learn how to program. The team has helped me as well.
>! After closing Psychic Journey and opening a new project, PSM, more and more people joined including, map makers and graphic designers. When these people joined we decided to open Soulz Inc. to not only programmers but basically anything involving computers.
>! Soon the team got to large and there had to be tests to get in. The tests consisted of basic skills showing that the user trying to get into the group was dedicated to computer work and learned a few things on there own. After adding the tests we also decided to make a few inspirational rankings. These rankings included Owner, second in command, head graphic designer, head map designer, top mod, and so on.
>! A few things are changing with these new upgrades we are getting to the group. None of the changes will be affecting how you learn in Soulz Inc. and are only for inspirational purposes.

**What we are looking for:**

Soulz Inc. recruits for Graphic Design, Web art & Menu design, Programmers, and now we are also recruiting music developers. To be recruited into Soulz you don't need much knowledge you just have to prove that you can apply yourself and can dedicate your time to Soulz. So to make sure that we know you can dedicate your time to your skill we made a small, basic knowledge, quiz in order to be recruited. **What will I do in Soulz:**

Soulz Inc. is basically a social system for learning and teaching others how to do things in online program & game design. You can join other's projects, start projects, and if we like your good leadership and your project we will even sponsor you by giving your project it's own page and even host updates and other files through our FTP which has as much room as I need… or at least until my hard drive is full XD.

i have one question to ask.

you said that the community is to large and that it is so large that you are now testing people to join so why recruit for a group that are trying to cut down on the amount of members wanting to join and also no offence but i never heard of this soulz inc.

also i don't like the way you have to prove your self before getting in. your basicly stopping people who need the most learning have less chance of learning.

but i do like the idea that there's a group of people who helping each other out on projects. its like a mini version of this forum if you kind of think of it but more effective because of the smaller community so the ones who need the most help will have more intention . :)

we don't pay for people the group is for teaching and learning from and to others for game design
