Gwen
I dont believe so shadow… I have not seen that setting in my server. You might be able to do it from exchange console, but i never use the console commands.I think the only way is from the user's account... either outlook itself or OWA. shadowwulf
hmm. k ill check up on commands.I swear my Boss asked me this last year and I found that they have to log into the OWA and set it up there.
Gwen
If you have OWA installed it would be the easiest way for him to just log in and do it himself. its easy from owa
Gwen
double posting…. warn me!shadow... i think you are screwed.I tried looking too, and i found this answer to someone asking this question."You need access to a a user mailbox to be able to set OOF. OOF is per-user and in Exchange 2007, we do not have a way to let 'helpdesk' set OOF on behalf of a user."
shadowwulf
yeah thats what i figured.Sent him notice that if they don't have internet access and we can reach them by phone, we can just reset password and do it for them.
