Can someone ,,upgrade,, this?

Hi guys,i'm making some concept arts for my game,since im not having any ,,ultra,, pixel programmes i use MS.Paint.
I'm currently working at Kingdom's Crests,i thought i was doing it good,but when i saw it,i had to ask for help.
So here how it looks now,it should:
-Have an sharp metal edge in blood at the bottom.
-Be more bright
-Overally look more proffesional,than likely made by retearted amateur
-Have some shadow.
Please very very much,some good artist to help with that.

Have you tried different programs like graphics gale or gimp? There pretty good for making sprites too ya' know. =)

That was May 20 man,now i improved my skills very much.
I'm using Graphic's Gale now,and this thread can be closed,i dont need it anymore.
