I'm looking for a tutorial on Ice Pixeling… Can't find one on google...

An example from Pokémon.

The colours to use are generally white to light blue, since they will help you make your art feel "cold", which is exactly what you want for icy environments. As with water an important effect might be reflection (although for mirror reflections, where you basically see yourself, you have to programme this feature), and as ice is simply frozen water, you want to make it look like frozen water.

Here's some ice at Antartica.

What you might notice is the reflection of the light, which you can also represent. A way to break the monotony also presents itself in this image: cracks. The use of the colour grey would be an option as well (if you require it).
