spikehell
I click to run the eclipse online server on my new windows 7 computer and it says "Component 'MSCOMCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".I used to have vista and it worked fine, so could someone please give me instructions on how to fix this, if possible?cheers

Robin
You didn't install it properly. **Go read the official tutorials on installing the software.**

Tekniko
Did you extract the file to a new folder and open as administrator with SP3 XP support? This is very important.

Robin
Then you didn't follow the fucking installation instructions at all, did you?> Once again you'll need to extract the files like you did in Step 2\. Once that's done right click the installation file and go to the 'Properties' window. If you're running Win7 or Vista then you'll need to run as administrator. If you're running a x64 version of Win7 or Vista then you'll need to run in compatibility mode. Set it up like it is below.Jesus Christ. Learn to read.
