[EO] Logout only in safe zone

Check the map moral  if safezone the can logout

Not without a huge amount of re-working of the socket system.

you cant stop someone from simply closing the application.  What is your main reasoning of wanting this?  Maybe there is an alternative solution to achieving what you want.

You can do an easy re-write of the player saving  so that it only auto-saves and saves on logout on Safe maps.

Then you make this clear that logging out in a combat map will cause a loss of their player data.

This will scare them to not logout or close in the middle of combat.

This is just an alternative suggestion.

And will also mean that a crash, internet spike or any other number of things will make them lose character data. That'd just piss them off and make them leave.

depending on what OPs intentions are…when you login check map moral and either teleport to a town or immobilize player for one minute.
