I've had this happen to me in the past in EO, and I realized they have to have at least 1 in for all stats in order for you to talk to them. Robin Posted January 26, 2012 Share Posted January 26, 2012 Npcs can't be attacked unless they have health and actually 'exist' in the eyes of the server. They also need at least 1 in every stat to be registered as attackable.As the conversation is triggered during the attack functions you need the to npc to technically be attackable, even though they're set to friendly.
