They may contain new cutting edge features and expand upon Eclipses current version. They may also be using extremely outdated versions of Eclipse resulting in many bugs and errors.Any custom version using Eclipse Evolution or Eclipse Stable will not be supported. It is a good idea to see what version of Eclipse the custom version is using before going ahead and making a game with it. The source code is still available as it may be a good source to rip features out of or be used in certain situations.Basically just make sure your custom version is using Eclipse Origins.
