GUI Main Mock

If anyone could give me the image resizing bbcode they'd be a life saver..

Trying to design a GUI in Graphics Gale, this is my first GUI attempt (well, proper attempt), but not my first pixel attempt.. but i'll just get straight to it:

Here's a list of things on there that are pretty unclear (Have been numbered on the image):
1- Either a spot for player character images, or class image.
2- Chat channel buttons
3- Chat box, Undeveloped right now, but hopefully will be able to be resized vertically.
4- Party helping skill and Special skill on the right of the small boxes.
5- Skill bar
6- Icons. The button the 6 is on will toggle the visibility of all those boxes. Probably on click, not hover.

Nothing on this is set in stone, so feel free to crit whatever. Even the map and its contents if you feel obliged to. (:

Wow so you figured out how to render everything in 3.0 ? Epic. I wanna too switch to 3.0 later but first i must figure out that gui thingy too. Btw i like your GUI :P

Bahahaa.. No.. "GUI Main **Mock**"
I'm not very good with coding, I can do very basic things, enough to get me going for a bit, but not that haha.. I'm an artist. :S

But thanks for the GUI compliment ^^.
