Judging by your screenies you probably should look in there :P Ok, I tried doing what you said and it's still having the same results… So, I just deleted everything and reinstalled the library files and eclipse 2.8 I haven't touched any of the port #s and they are already set to what you stated: port 4000 ip 127.0.0.1 it's still getting the same results...
