I INSTALD VISTA FIX A WEEK AGO

OK i got a converter but when i try to play them in my game it says URL is incorrect or i don't have the codic to play it both are correct so i don't know what to do now (i have vista fix if anyone suggests that **I WILL FIND YOU**)

when i try to make it rain or thunder it says that rain.mp3 does not exist and when i go to the SFX folder rain is a .wav not a .mp3 and with vista i cant figure out how to change it.

in my game whenever I go to a bank and try to put something in it stays in my inventory and doesn't go in my bank NOTHING HAPPENS
