Just a tip, since I can't see other screenshots other than the two: Easiest ways are to randomly place something like flowers, not too random, but a bit random ENOUGH for it to not look so plain, ;D OH yeah, if you don't want to do that, you can always compare the original maps/dungeons in pokemon dungeon and try to copy some of it :3

Empire Earth is awesome, but doesn't give a city-like appearance due to the 3-D-ness, is Empire Earth 1 a good game? I want to give that a try too xD

Not the rooftops! :P I think the multiplayer should be something like customizing your character, and then there should be mass spams of crowds and also guards… kinda like the in-game! :D and there should be duplicates of your customized character, if not, then no radar and something.. well my idea sucks, I just like the single player cause of the awesome storyline :D

I'm still newbie to VB but I learn by observing something and comparing rather than looking at tutorials :| Can anyone give me a little boost start, is it possible to create another layer of "custom" such as the body, but make one called "hair" that is layered on the "head"? Hello everyone, I was trying out "custom = 1" in data.ini for the first time and made my sprites, but when I created a character, half of the torso (top) was gone… is it a bug or is it because the top is too big?

Does anyone know any Historical RTS games out there I could try? I've already tried age of empires 1, 2, and 3, and I also tried out Rise of Nations :3 But are there any others out there that I can build an awesome looking city?

I think it's not that good, majority of the games I've played, the people just run around and stab instead of going stealthily… (and I'm just making a guess out of my opinion that Assassin's Creed is supposed to be... a stealthy assassination type of game? Maybe even the multiplayer?) What do you guys think? I love the single-player much much more though. :/

I'm trying to make a storyline other than my awkward "Cartoon World" one, and I'm kind of stuck on one thing… I'm making it so that my game is based off of real civilizations until the colonization periods (like, I won't add in the U.S.) Should I make it so that for example, I base an empire off of the Orients, should I make it one empire and have separate cities to distinguish the civilizations such as China, Korea, Vietnam, Japan, or should I combine it all together? Or should I just make them totally different empires? Thanks! By the way, I think I posted it in the right thread, I was going to post it in Questions, then in Chit Chat, but then I remembered this one :D

When I tried to download from members area it said my password and username is incorrect. I don't get it!
