Ok, so my IP and PORT is'nt static, big whoop, I've decided that I'm not going to let this get me down. I'm going to keep trying to get my server online, I'm going to keep moving forward. I'm getting online no matter what, now who's going to help test the server, I'm going to upload my game even if it kills me. just keep and eye on my site it will change and you'll be able to download the client.

Every one that has post here except fom me will die in a horrific car accedent. Try and top that?

I have a static ip, it hasn't change since I started using this phone as a modem. Try the new ip settings above I'll be online in a few hours, I'm not at home right now, I'm use opera mini to reply. Just check the time and date to see if I'm online. The port number above is the one I got from ip chicken, the ip is the one displayed on the title bar of the server, I'm not sure if it'll work, I can usely figure things out just by read what other have done or think it should be done or how it works.

Yes, but I think there's a software glich or something, my connection stalls every now and then, but not allways. Its rare, very rare.

Can you explain, what do mean by, what connection do I see, and where would I see this. Sorry but I'm new to all of the networking stuff. I'm running XP Pro.

My Ip and gateway are exactley same numbers, is that a problem.

Please help me test my server, I'm online right now and I'll be online every weekend (as long as my data bundle does'nt runout or I run out of air time, I'm using my mobile as a modem) form 11:30 AM C.A.T. till late. You can use your own client, I just need to know if my server is vistble. Use this IP config: IP = questunlimited.no-ip.org Port = 28162 You should see: News Flash. I think it would only be fair if I explaind why you should use you own client with the above IP configuration, with the default graphics, the problem is the web host of my site, and I know its the web host, I tried to upload it at a cyber cafe, and got the same error message. I'm trying to resolve this issue with the web host, and untill the problem has been resolve, you'll have use your own client. Sorry guys and gal.

If you want to help you can use you own client, just use this IP = questunlimited.no-ip.org Port = 8080 the server is running right now.

Info/Summary Ok this game has no story, it more like that game in the //.HACK anime, you just go around looking for events and adventure, there is only one quest at the moment, but it wont be much of a quest if the game has only 9 or so maps and one village or city. So what I need is mapper to help with mapping and developer to help with scripting and creating events. There is only one city at the moment, and I'll be the only one to working on it, so I need mappers for the following map types: forest deserts mountains caves swamps and any other villages I'll allso do some scripting or at least try to do some scripting. What I want of this game is when somone mentions Eclipse in a conversion, this tile of this game should come to mind automaticly. What make a good is graphics and gameplay, but what makes a legend is the poeple who worked on it, and those who play it. Think of flying ships, like a galleon flying over a desert, cool idea, having ship that belongs in water fly over a desert.
