How can i translate all english to dutch? I got E2.8 the normal version

Hi, I wanna make my game dutch, i translated the main.ini. But i dont know how i can translate the other things as ''THere are no other players online'' ''name is jailed by the server'' who knows it ? :icon_surprised:
