I need doctors and nurses and scientist sprites and i also need a tile sheet that has like a hospital type and a science lab type

I need a sign that says rated "T for Teen" for "Religious Uses throughout game" or however you spell threw out. "Cartoon Violence" and whatever it would mean because little kids that don't understand biology and science wouldn't quite get my game

because i suck at aligning them so I put them up here for someone to align them for me, but it looks like thats not going to happen…

Ive read lenty of tuts and I just dont understand what most of them mean (thats my excuse) plus I have a life (homework, school, family, etc.)

Is there a way to change the ones that look like this http://crankeye.com/resources/albums/XP%20Character%20Sets/satana_81_Machine.png to the way you put them in the sprite list? or do i have to cut and paste them all?
