  2. Still reworking a lot of back-end stuff, multiplayer is kinda broken (i'm working on it!). For the meantime I've been slowly releasing music from in the game.   5. So a while back I created a very short tower defense game in 3 hours and I figured I'd post it here. Timing yourself and setting goals like this are super fun! The bottom 3 buttons are upgrades which you can purchase using your score. H = Health boost S = Stops all enemies for a few seconds T = Sends out a black trooper guy thing, which does damage to all ground units as it passes. When your castle health reaches 0 you are dead. Post your high score below!

  7. These graphics aren't very good, anyone who tells you otherwise is lying or trying to be kind. Polish up on your work and read some tutorials. Being kind won't help people.

  10. Would you be able to change eclipse so that it can handle more than 1000 players at once? Also would you be able to add time travel feature like braid? Justin is simply pointing out that you have previously stolen, its necessary to know this in advance. WOULD YOU HIRE A THIEF HUH PUNK?
  11. Small update, added a few traps and stuff. Flesh traps: Reduces a creatures speed to half its walking pace when the creature is walking/sprinting over it. Can be used to slow monsters/players reaching you. ![](http://media.indiedb.com/images/games/1/19/18370/2013_20_06-13-05-22.png) Lamps which are activated via wiring, these can be used as indicators as to whether any of your traps have been triggered, or just used to illuminate your base. ![](http://media.indiedb.com/images/games/1/19/18370/2013_20_06-13-08-38.png) Dropper Trap: As Darkness Exhumed incorporates a 3rd dimension for caves/potential block stacking, I've added a trap which allows you to drop creatures/people onto the level below.   12. Ton of new updates, just letting you all know we are still alive and now that A-levels are over I can focus on this, OGAM and some other side projects. Here is some of the progress which has been made: The scent system has been finished(the more torches you are near the higher your scent, if you are in water your scent is decreased and if zombies can see you your scent is also increased).   15. Looks more like its on its way to an engine/game but w/e ;D A few things: When pushing E the sprite disappears. You need to update either the controls in this thread, or let people know that the full list of controls is in the zip. Might just be me, but I prefer it to NOT start in fullscreen. Aside from that it all looks pretty good. Also these maps are bloody huge, what the heck are you storing them in?

  20. Is this an April Fools, or has it been in for a while? I haven't updated in ages so I'm not sure, but I'm laughing pretty hard at this. The trollololol song in the background just makes it amazing. xD
  21. Hi all! Just wanted to give everyone another quick update as we approach 0.038, which will be the multiplayer update. Currently there are a few bugs that need ironing out but it shouldn't take too long. The game is looking really smooth now and multiplayer has a ton of features! I'll post all of them when I make the 0.038 update. Heres a few though: Entities - Zombies and (maybe other creatures?) can now spawn in multiplayer and they are very tough. You will have to work hard to kill these guys and will have to work as a team. Health Stamina and hunger have been added - You can now starve, sprint and lose all your health and again, die. PVP - You can now kill your buddies! Wooooooo! Bunch of damage and attacking related polish. I also think I might have decided on a pixel artist however things are not final!   22. I honestly think the main reason I'm holding back on isometric is because I have no art for the style. The game would look so ugly if I made the art. Once I find a good pixel artist I'll get to it.
