Well most of the time i make something in paint the pixels look weird and when i blur it it becomes good but its blured is there any program that smooths out pixels or something like that?

its pretty easy to change sprite size in the source and in 3.0 there will be an option i forgot which .ini to change sprite size =D

Umm you know i could make that in 2 seconds right? all you do is fill the tile and add the thingy at the bottom you need more detail if you really want a job.. btw how old are you i was really wondering cause u seem lazy lol
