The whole point of Eclipse, originally, was to allow people with little or no programming knowledge to make MMOs. Seriously, try asking Marsh about it sometime. By forcing users to rely on more skilled coders for fairly basic features, you're nulling some of Eclipse's greatest strengths and causing your own engine to become obsolete. Deleting this post or banning me just emphasizes how much I'm right; I think the world has enough immaturity that none of us should have to go that far just to prove our points. Genesis 2D, for example, has projectiles, guilds, and pets built in. If you don't like the way the systems work there, you can just ask Devo about it and there's a good chance he'll have it added for everyone within a few months. He doesn't just ignore them or yell at them to program it themselves, he listens to them or gives good reasons for why it can't be done. @Jeff: > no doubt better than anything you could make in your life Is that a challenge?

The top-leftmost pixel in the tilesheet is the color that's used for transparency, IIRC.

The main problem with that would be finding projects that are actually compatible. For example, team A wants a sci-fi action game and team B wants to make something with Naruto.

If you don't learn how to do it yourself, it's never gonna get done for free. Trust me.

Sorry, but I'm not sure you can do that without rewriting a large chunk of source, and the only people who can do stuff like that are either working on their own games or are too busy.

So… is this a 3d game or 2d (as in movement)? Because you can't really get the same game-play with eclipse.

There are no renders/sprites/tiles of stages, and the closest I have seen (custom-sprited) were on spriters resource when it poofed.
