Ok, I'm sure NONE of you remember me, but thats ok. I havent been on here in awhile, so I THINK this is where this is suppose to go. I've been trying to test out if I port forwarded my Sonic MMO (No official name yet) correctly, so I've been sending out the download to the people I trust most. Sadly, 3/4 of them keep getting errors when they open the client! I can tell its because they don't have the dll's registered (Running on Eclipse 2.7… I started this awhile ago xD), but I've sent then a guide and it STILL doesn't do it. Most of them, if not all of them, live in the UK, but I thought, "The one person who DID get the client working, he lives in the UK, too... and he's used eclipse before." so I KNOW its the dlls that are the problem, but my friends say they've registered them, and it still gives them errors. I think thats enough information. As I said, this is on Eclipse Evolution 2.7, since, I started this project when that version was still new, and decided to continue it recently. (If theres a way to somehow upgrade to 2.8 without losing all my stuff (Which I'm guessing is impossible...), please tell me) Can anyone help?

ok i have about every sprite i could need in underwear, but i need 2 more take this picture to help you out (and show you what to make into an underwear sprite). ok the colors of the names like at the bottom of the page, i dont get some of them…. why is mine green but others light blue? Srry if this is off topic, i didnt feel like questions fit :embarrassed:

im using EE 2.7 and im wondering, is there any other way to portforward that what the guides say? I have problems with most of the guides ppl put up for my router. (P.S. i use a westell forgot the rest…) Anyway i thought i say like 50 guides to portforward another way.

Like almost every map i go into it sayd, "Does not Exist" what is this supposed to mean? And how do i fix it?

im using EE 2.7, so how DO i set where you go when you die? I died and went to the 1st map. Is that the ONLY place where you can come back to?

Im thinking of making a new game, its going to take place in like around today. It's going to be a war game so i need… Sprites (looking for underwear and full clothing) PD sheet (one that'll fit the underwear ones perfect without it being too small or big) Items (in the PD sheet, like guns, money, armor y'know) working tilesets and i think thats it. I might not go through with this but i'd like to try

Since lots of people have been posting like, "How do i use a shop in TE?" i've decided to make a guide. 1\. Making the Items 2\. Making the shop 3\. Adding items 4\. Selling items It comes in 4 easy steps :) . Hope you enjoy! 1\. Making the Items Ok, so you can have a shop without items right? Go into /edititems or F1 and then find Edit Items, make a new item, make this under 1\. Click the 1 slot and press ok. Now if you have something in the 1 slot you NEED to switch it, this will come later. Now make a new one under slot 1\. Make the item Currency (from the drop down menu, its at the bottom) and pick a gold/silver (or what the money will look like). Then press ok. You might want to make newbie items so if you want go and do that, this is just showing the basics of making a shop. 2\. Making the shop Now to make the shop. Go into /editshop (or F1 again) and make a new shop in slot 1 and press ok. Now make the name, i'd make it somethig like the name of the place your in like, "Newb Town Shop" and not, "Shop 1" or stuff like that because then you might get confused. Now make the Welcome and Exit message, it'll go like this on the speed bar thing if you have the welcome message, "Welcome!" and the Exit message, "Bye!" Welcome! Bye! Now set it to if the shop will repair items (i think thats next idk), this mean if you make an item be able to break the shop will be able to fix it. 3\. Adding items Now to add the items! First go to the drom down bars that say, "Item Give" and, "Item Get" put item give for Gold (or whatever you named your money), and item get for what you want to be able to buy. Now it'll have something under them saying how much you'll get or have to give, set give to whatever amount you want, and item get to 1 if you're only gonna buy 1 thing from that amount of money. Here's the hard part you might have been stuck on, lets say you're making a Shield the item get, click the shild tab and press something like, "Add item" then you should see the item under the shield tab. 4\. Selling items Now click ok at the bottom (i think thats it, just tell me if theres more). Now, go into /mapeditor (or F1) and click attributes and click shop. Now choose the shop you want to put. Do that and click ok. Now place it where you want in the map and click save. Now go to the shop and look around, if you want to sell stuff, click sell items, now from what i heard the TE selling items is bugged, but dont put on that sad face! The problem is when you sell something you'll get whats in Items slot 1! Thats what i was talking about. Well hope this helped! Hope you get your shop running! Bye!

I need a paperdoll sheet, idc what you put on as long as it has all the types of gold silver, money, and theres no guns, lazers, all that future stuff. And for sprites, i need some sprites in underwear, girl and boy with eyes and hair, but i need like 2 sprite sthat look like mages (boy and Girl), Archer, Guards, Freelancers (idc about this one i just dont want them to look nerdy), warrior (diff. from Guard), and Theif. Oh and can you add them to the 32x64 sprite sheet. (AKA this one http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/smf/index.php/topic,15427.0.html ) I need these for… Money 1\. Because each island is going to have diff. money, aka one will have Gold another will have Silver. No Guns or Lazers 2\. Because this is not a game that takes place today, or in the future. Paperdoll 3\. I found out how to use paperdoll last night but couldn't get them on the guy right. Sprites in Underwear 4\. I found out the reason for them, the armor shows when paperdoll items are on the sprite that has armor made on him. 32x64 sprites 5\. because i have lots of NPCs out. My music wont play, only the MP3s will! Whats wrong? EDIT: It's an in game problem because i played the song with windows media player and it worked O_o, but still nothing in game, looks like its the MIDI files (AKA the ones you start with) because mp3 and wav are working fine ._.

Idk how to use a .rar file. Most of the games here are .rar files when you download them. But when i click on them they ask me to open with something or to seach on the web! How do i use them?

My sisters B-day is coming up and she's turning 18 tomorrow (well monday but she has 3 tests for school on monday so she chose to have it on sunday.) and i got her the BEST B-day present ever! She was asking me while watching me play on the laptop (Editing my game), "Hey am i gonna be able to play your game for my b-day?" and guess what…. I got it workign on another PC in the house! We can play together!! This is new to me because my port forwarding test didnt go well.... the guy couldn't get on -_-'. So what do ya think?

What in the world am i supposed to do? My NPC's won't be the spite i set for them O_o, and to top it all off the sprites i pick for playerss do the double thing, whats going on? Oh and plus its not showing all 5 of my classes, like some wont show up, it'll only show 3 O_o. [](http://imageshack.us)

Can anyone tell me (or get me a script) to make quests (like diff. quests). Because my game would be a little pointless, fight monsters, buy items, buy a house, PVP, all that stuff (Well it isn't SO pointless right now i guess) but i want to make quests for my NPCs to give out. Can anyone help? ???

anyone have any old cool Total Eclipse versions? Because 1: some of the pics. i've seen from other games have stuff that i dont have in this Eclipse. Like clouds, some are cut off in my version, and some other versions i've seen have stuff like Elysium Diamond (aka tiles i dont have in the version i have). So anyone have any older versions of Total Eclipse?

The title sounds noob like but its not, how in the world d oyou get your NPC's to talk? I cant do it! I tried pressing Ctrl, shift (i think), and enter and nothing, how do you get them to talk? (im talking about friendly NPCs or guards)
