You could just use a cms,learn a bit of php,make a nice,simple design for your game and mod your cms to your needs.Or don't mod it,just take a pre-made free design and customize it in css.

Wamp is an emulator for Php,apache and mysql.It basicly installs them on your pc without all the fuzz.

The site doesn't open.Forumotion is the best choice for a web-forum.However if you're using this kind of forum,you have no control over your forum,it's easily hackable,uses old versions and such.It's much better to get a host(or get one free),buy a domain(or get one free),install any forum script you like and have an actual forum.

To make your character atack,you need to set the npc to be atackable and walk next to it,pressing the Ctrl key to atack.To make houses you simply need to map the map to look like interior and set the map properties.

Yes,you need vb6.And you could just put an empty file as pain.wav so it won't make any sound.

You need to use Visual Basic 6 to make all that.The GUI is just a graphical background.
