How will I make dialogues?

Can I make Cutscenes using eclipse and can I make a dialogues when talking to a npc

Now I get it. So I just edit it in paint and put additional sprites to it

So I need to replace the default sprites ?

Is it possible to change the controls in eclipse. Except using enter to pick up things you can just use the mouse
