Maybe a system where you get money when a Mod/Admin reps you for a good post. Or a vet, or someone that won't randomly be repping people.

Very impressive. I did 5 once, and only six hour shifts (dinner shift + closing) and that felt like hell. But it was during school time (well four days of school and the weekend) so I had to do homework and crap. It felt like hell. My paycheck was awesome though.

Nope. It's just the use of the boards, and how they're not contributing much, and how it divides members, etc.

I thought a (good?) percent of the boards posts should be chit chat material, or at least similar. I mean groups we're to interact with members that only you let in, and not the forum as a whole (with all the weirdos and such included). But a lot of the stuff is too random and some is spam. And the groups did split everyone up, since the beginning, with [BS], and even The Business. To all the random groups recently made. We should have seen that coming.
