  2. I got another bit of advice if you're trying to create depth. I'm not sure what you use before…but on Photoshop CS2 I use the burn/dodge tools to put shading and highlights on art to create depth.
  3. ok comeone. someone has to know what the issue is? I took out the the SendNPC command as well. so now there's only an issue with this line SetMapNPC(3,1,newhp) Any suggestions?….
  4. Ok, the NPC the script involves is NPC #5 on map #3\. In my list of created NPCs he is #1\. However, if I uncomment those two commented commands, it fails and nothing shows up. Soooo….what's the problem ?
  5. alright now, no need to be mean about it. We're all trying to help him improve his stuff, not get frustrated and give up.
  6. Also, it has a nice effect on wooden shields like that when you go to google, look up wood texture and get the wood grain pictures, and shrink them so that you can see the wood change colors etc. and fill your shield with that instead of solid brown.
  7. both of them kinda look like a book. But ummm, I would say the 2nd one because in the 1st one it looks like you show the straps on the back of the shield that keep the shield on your arm.

    Thanks. Yeah I'ma try to draw as much as possible. It's really hard to draw everything like items though, i tried that today and they got messed up when i got them on photoshop. I was also gonna draw maps but that seems very tedious

    it's not concept art that's how it's going to look in game and the coloring's probably just alright cus I got tired of working on it lol. I do need to go in and erase some of the little white bits though.

  14. Is every post gonna have something about the grass? Read the thing and it says I know the grass is weird and that I'm asking about the other things -.- But alright, should I try and add like a rounded base to the trunks?
  15. yeah I know the grass is weird i mentioned that haha. And yeah that is the official sprite and I think I kinda noticed the trees were too small as well. I think what happened is when i was putting the stuff together in photoshop i had it zoomed in so they seemed bigger than they really were. You think the big trees on the left side are good size and then make some bigger than that?
