    How To Request/Rules

    **Ok So here are some basic rules of the board:**

    :rstar: Please do not spam, or bug members if the request is taking some time (remember their are thousands of members on the forum, we cannot get to them all at the same time).
    :rstar: The Requests will be filled first come first serve
    :rstar: When a request if filled their will be the word (COMPLETED) added to the title
    :rstar: Every request does not have to be filled. If a member does not want to fill a request he does not have to. But i'm sure someone else will take it.

    **REQUESTING
    The request topic needs to be in this format**
    First of all, it needs to be in a new topic, with an appropriate title.

    -What kind of GFX you want (signature, GUI ex)
    -Any images/the theme of the graphic
    -Any text you want in the image/font preferences
    -Other preferences (color ex)

    Alright guys. I'm restarting the legendary Lunar Eclipse. This will be a community graphics shop were we are here to assist you in your game making needs.

    So Im going to need some team members. This is the place to apply. Im going to need you to make a reply to this topic if you want to join as a staff member.

    What you will need:
    3+ examples of your work (a portfolio page will do you better)
    Some teams/games/forums you've been a part of and made graphics for
    and some info to why you want to join.

    As my album's release date grows nearer, devastation fills the land and the minds of the young teens grow hatefull wondering why it is not out now. And I really do not want to be the cause of a global catastrophe, so I am deciding to release a song to you guys just for previewing purposes. Note, It is a very short song, because If I release the real good stuff and all the songs then their wont be any point for people to buy the CD. Anyway its called magic (I know, I know) so enjoy, and let me know if its alright.

    Heres a preview of my game im working on. Just a small showcase of some of the tiles made so far, and some of the sprites. The black lines kinda just represent a metal fence I have yet to make.

    im putting out a cd
    Its called atomic brain
    here my first idea. Not set in stown just an idea.

    Edit, ive uploaded the newest one, and decided to show you all the stages from the first idea to now. I like to call this "The Metamorphis'ssssisiss"

    Troubled Youth In The Haughhhh!!!!

    Ok guys, so ive been working crazy this month on my music, and my music myspace. I made the layout (accet the contact box) and i made a bunch of images, made some concept art (cd covers andh shit). I put a bunch of my songs up and posted the new good ones. If anyone has myspace be sure to add us and hit us up with comments. Im on right now if you wanna add us, or you could just comment here. But be sure to look at the pics, theirs cd covers and me and my freind (the 2 members) Im Onik, as you can see didnt take long to make my rap name up, just moved the o to the front. And my freind mike is BloodyD. Hes the fat one in the pics, im the skinnier one with a fro, and in some pics its cutt off.

    OK so ?I make music with me and a buddy of mind. We have some songs, but most are on paper. We just don't want are first CD to just be a title, with a bunch of songs smacked on it. We want some sort of theme, were the songs tie into each other and the over all theme of the CD. That sells ;). We are followers of my favorite band, the insane clown posse. Only difference is we are two jesters instead of clowns. (We hope to put together a good hardy CD, a nice cover and shit and send in the CD, because they own their own record company were their are like 5-6 other people on it and they all go on tour together and are featured in each others Cd's and are all rich as shit, yet they sing about the slums, and the scrubs of life.). Anyway, They had six Cd's put out over time called the six jokers cards. They are jokers cards, and each one told a story, and had secret messages recorded backwords, and they are one big collectors set. See those are the kind of marketing skills that sell a product, "Collect all six, each tell a story, watch out for the reverse talking!". Also one of the jokers cards Was the Amazing Jeckle Brothers, they were brothers. So they sold the same CD with different covers. One was Jake jeckle, and the other was jack jeckle, keep in mind it was the same exact CD, but two different covers of the jokers so it sold twice as much because they wanted to collect them both. Plus the six joker card was a 2 part set released at different times, one showing the good side of that joker card and the other showing the bad or "hell" side of life. That sold tons more and went platinum. See what I'm saying? Those are extremely smart ideas, for both marketing and for their music in general. Each of the Cd's had a big story or point to be made that was explained over the whole CD. I want to come up with a theme for a CD and just build on it. Umm, we do rap, but we are "Acid Rap" aka: extremely adult content. One song could be about the carnival, and representing the clown, another could be a whole song that talks about me going around place to place robbing people, killing, swearing, drugs. Lol. Its not real, obviously, but still cool.

    OK here's some info about us
    Band name: Troubled Youth
    Members: -Bloody D - Mike (pronounced "Bloody Dee")
                  -Onik - Me (pronounced "Oh Nick")
    Genre- Rap/AcidRap/HipHop
    Info- We are jesters from P-Town (song called "P-Town Boogie). Ive been working on marketing skills alot, like way to make people want to listen. If they don't have a reason or at least and intrest to listen then you wont sell. The initials for Troubled Youth are T.Y, hrrrmmm, i already have a sign for us. You know how gangs have signs you make with your hands, ya know… ("Throw ya Gang Signs Up In Tha Air") Well try this. Take your pointing finger on your right hand and then make a peace sign with your left hand. Then put the pointer and put it on the peace sign finer closest to you. IT forms a t, and a y. Its very nice. We have Our own clown make up set up made. We've got a concert planned out, and a song made up about it Called "Jester Days" it would be a tour, annually (if we get big) that goes across the u.s Singing some of our hits. And yes I needed to write a song about it. The jesta days.

    So anyway, I can always post pictures of CD cover ideas Ive had and stuff like that. But basically I just want to build something up from nothing without actually ripping off or stealing any of the things icps made. Like juggalo, the frantic drinking of faygo and some of the other great things. So Help me out people. If i get a basis for a CD, and a small story line or something, i can start recording songs, building a story line, adding small skits in between tracks, making a cool intro and shit. Any help would be much obliged.

    Turn Based Or Real Time?

    Ok so weve all play the legendary pokemon games. Run around, talk to some people and have some fun fighting other pokemon. But what would those games be like if you just ran up to the monster clicking on them and wathcing the hp be lowered. Idk some ppl like the real time combat. Sure you can add some spells with some nice animation, but your still not having full control of your atacks. Im a turn based guy. Throw a nice big spell books, big amount of armor and wepons, a pet who can add more damage to your Turn Based atack and mabey even an element setup were you add mor damage when you atack a fire monster with your water sowrd. Sure you can do that in a real time combat fight. But its soo cool if you got some nice gfx, full control of your atack and some niice features like that. What about you guys???

    A New Project

    Ok im working on a project
    It's a 2d game in which you can walk around just like normal 2d rpgs, but the combat is turned based. When you atack or get atacked, a big fight screen comes up witch is big. Your character is biger along with the enemy. Your items and armor will be pd on and the animations will be big with sound effects. The graphics are hoped to be cartoonish, and can be anime. You can collect spell scrolls so when you go to fight you have more options when it comes to your turn. I am codeing this game from scratch. It will be offline at first, but one the first version is released with no problems I will be working on a version that is online. You can walk around, do qeusts and eventually everything that other online rpgs offer. You can request to duel with players and if they accept it is a battle of wits and power in the turn based combat.

    Ok so you got a little background of what i want. I have many ideas on paper, and i will be coding the game. I am in need of a gfx artist, maybe an other coder and a music creator. Also people with good ideas and direction are also needed. One recrierment would be to have msn for meetings. This is a real game needed making and a real team. The name is undecided for now but will be unravveled down the road ahead.
