I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, or what you're trying to do, but if its what I think it is, the currency is to be set as the first item slot in the item editor in order for it to work as currency and be used in the shops as the currency to purchase with. Also, make sure that you check the boards before posting. This is the wrong board. Other than that, hope this helps

lol yeah at the time of making it, they seemed appropriate for that type of environment… of course i've never seen a desert before, so i don't know, do they have palm trees in the desert areas? i thought they did!

If possible, in the future, I would like to see an option to use a MySQL database to run all the .ini files instead of using .ini files.. If that was done, we could use PHP to make this so much better with many more features.. Instead of using .ini files, make them into MySQL db tables.. If this ever happens, I have a webserver with MySQL and I'd be willing to host free MySQL databases for everyone and anyone that asks

ok, i was trying to do something, im trying to figure out how to clear the owner of a player house…i tried getting rid of the player house attribute, tried putting it somewhere else, tried clearing the map, tried everything i possibly could..... any ideas how?

I think this should be an optional feature where if it is selected, you can only run for so long and then you have to let your stamina power build back up (it builds up after a few minutes), then you can run again… It should be like the HP or MP or whatever... If you have some stamina power, you can run, if not, you can't, just like with MP, if you have enough MP, you can use magic spells, if not, you can't. And allow for us to make a potion that lets them heal their stamina power, and stuff...

For the items set, I'm in need of 3 custom items, not sure if these have been made or not, or posted here yet, I'm too lazy to look =P I'm sure you all get that way often too!!! But I need: Dark brown wooden logs (make it look like a bundle of logs) you know what I mean… A single dark brown wooden log (or light) And finally, if possible, something that looks like cherry wood!! =P (If you're not sure what cherry wood is, its sort of got a reddish tint to it.. Its like, meh.. hard to explain, just google for pictures of cherry wood =P) Surely you've seen it used!!!! Thanks a lot in advance!

Okay, I haven't seem to found the answer to this anywhere… But umm, I set a map as a house on the properties... After that, I go to the attributes, and try using the Player House attribute, it has Item and Value... I set the Item to Gold, but I can't adjust the value of it though.... Hmm? I've even tried other items to see, but still doesn't work... Could use a little help here please :o

Should a tie occur for first place, the tied maps will have to do a tie breaking round where voting is held between only those maps to declare a winner. Hey I noticed you can do player housing, but how do the players edit the map? Also would it be possible to make a player house expand on many different maps all for one though? (Example: Player House #1 will be map number 1, 2, 3 and 4). If a player walks onto the player house attribute on map number 1 and buy it, it buys all 4 of those maps for them. Is that a scriptable feature?

I know this is for questions, but I have suggestions and couldn't find a place on the board for any. Here they are: 1\. Make the Creation of accounts also ask for an email address. Why? This can be useful for many things. If a user forgets his or her password, he/she can use a Lost Password feature and enter the email address in to have it re sent. 2\. Make a Lost Password feature as also mentioned in number 1. 3\. What about additional tilesets? Make it allow you to run a tool that will give the ability to click on browse, and then find a tileset such as such as tileset8.bmp and they select it, click open and it will add an extra tileset number 8 in! Instead of having to add tiles into current tile sets, this would be easier. So, yes, unlimited amount of tilesets! 4\. More administrative access through the Client connection. In control panel, allow those with access 4 to access the Main.txt script file and add some scripting in, reload it, add classes, reload them, Experience Editor, access to disable and enable game time, access to change the game time speed, etc. 5\. Password encryption. This could prove to be very useful. Make the account ini files where the password field is encrypted. If some random newb decides to check out the game and ends up using his same password he does for everything, corrupted server hosts could end up stealing their stuff, or even if they get "hacked", or a friend of theirs decides to raid their computer and look through all the account files. Need more security! 6\. Socializing… I don't like the theory of having to use a ' to do a world message. Many of my friends that come in to my server don't listen to me when I say they need to use the ' , and they end up trying to talk to me from another map. LOL... Should make it the other way around, where ' sends a map message, and without sends to the whole world. 7\. Pre-made server version. Make a pre developed server and client version where there are already quite a few maps made for it. This will allow for newbies that don't know how to map take some time to learn the mapping process. 8\. I have many more, but I can't remember them all. Will add them as I remember them.
