EDIT: FIXED THE DOWNLOAD: CHECK THE BOTTOM Hello :) So for those of you who know, I run a bot named The_One_Sin in Eclipse's chat (of the dead). I just learned how to use dialogs so I made this to test it. It's an update script. It basically records the date, time, version, and creator of the IRC bot and displays it whenever a user says !info. It also keeps track of current tasks you are doing (as far as bot editing) and it keeps additional notes (work in progress). If anyone wants to d/l and use it thats fine, but if you do I'd like some feedback on various bugs that you find. In the d/l I've included the source and an installation file that will put it all in for you as well as a README. I'm also looking for someone to make me a better logo for it. Wow…. this is old. people at my school did this last year.

i googled the definition and all i found was stuff talking about having superior hardware and bandwidth or a high post count so i just assumed it was nothing but some sort of crude insult :p meh. i'll look into it. doing that in mIRC would possibly require a looping timer and variable… but how i convert it and make it check up time... idk. blah. ill look into it.

If its running through a router at all you need to port forward. WLAN and LAN both need port forwarding. The only way it wouldn't as far as I know is a direct connection to the modem or you place the designated ip fro a certain device in the dmz.

Now that we've fixed your port forwarding problem just get rid of hamachi. if you want to mask your real ip then use no-ip.org/com/whatever ~symph

Have you port forwarded that ip address? if not then you need to do that. make sure it's either reserved or static if your running dhcp. check my sig for help ~symph

Hello :) well I used to run a bot on the swiftirc server using mIRC. It was a runescape help bot and did a lot of other cool things. I spent a long time developing it but my hard drive crashed and i lost it all. that was about 3 years ago. Once i noticed that Eclipse's chat used an IRC server I decided to make The_One_Sin again. (yes the name is from .hack :p) So He should be running 24/7. I'm building it from scratch and i've forgotton a lot over the years so more will be added in time. I'm hoping (once i remaster sockets) that i can make some exclusive eclipse based scripts that will interact with the forums and users as well as game servers. :) anyways… feel free to check him out.
