when i make second update what i need to to write in update.ini? And all my updateds need to be on web site(versions)?

i instal altairs quest but can someone gave me link quest tutorial for making it in game??? i know /editquest but i dont know how to make it ???

i make NPC and put them on the map but when i close game and came to play next time all NPC are on different place…. (after respawn) how to fix that
