I have visual studios but I learned that 90% of the these files can just be edited notepad ++ which i think makes edit a lot faster.. just thought i share this..

This is Great I was just talking about needing something Like I'll give it a try and expand on this for sure. Be nice if I could add Random NPC and Items to self populate.

I'm coming from RPGMVX to Eclipse and I noticed Designing maps and rooms are a lot harder in this program but i love the fact you can have unlimited tile sets. What I really wish could be done is a Random Dungeon Generator like the one in RPGMVX. Just a Idea..

I'm working with stores I have a room where i dropped 100 gold down but when i go to buy things from the store it says I have no Money! the items are cheap like 1 or 2 gold I can sell Items and it adds the money but i still cant spend it.. any reason for this?

use Paint and make sure each images is the same dimension like 32x32 and its 4 rows by 4 columns. so the entire sprite page would be 128px by 128 px with 16 images total.. at Least this is how i make my sprites..

ok I playing the game I' m working on I have monster drop Items so here is the dumb question how do i pick them up? :confused:

Can you edit with visual studios or do you need VB6?

I been searching youtube for tutorials for learning this platform I noticed there really isn't any videos that get hands on with VB scripting how to use VB with Eclipse. examples on making forms ect would be nice to see.. Any thoughts on where these kind of videos could be..

Fixed It I went with just adding a extra row.. easy way to solve it..

Ok I just did some researching my sprites are only 3 rows across not 4 and they are 32 by 32 it says it can be edited in the source code. So i guess the question is what file do i edit and what line do i change to what.. thanks

Ok I have a question. I have created a bunch of sprites that are 23x32 with online sprite generator that everyone uses. The problem is when i load them they appear just fine. the animation is all screwed looks like slide show with gaps. sprite looks fine unless its moving.. any ideas why this happening? Thanks
