I don't bother about copyright when it comes to rpg vx, xp or Eclipse origins but I don't take the copyright chances that could make me get sued or have the police or nintendo gaming company beating down my front door =-=. You go through with your game with out the ok(Atleast in writing for court evidence.) it will be a label saying target on your ass and nintendo's got the gun.

My GUI is on my picScreen so it wont be seen either and players cant access their Inventory. Is there any way to stop it from going blank like that and letting the bank and shop just be on the screen when you open one?

Nice but looks 46-51% like the game boy version of the legand of zelda link to the past but even that game had better tiles and not random colored trees, mushrooms, bushes and the logs are in random hue and one log's colors were inverted. Name one forest on earth or in fantasy that would need colors other than green, yellow orange and red on the trees and logs that aren't green with moss, old and grey or brown?. What will a blue tree be for?

I'm guessing…..Skweek.
