i do that now and it doesnt work do i have to stand on a different layer than ground?

i'm confused. Once I placed aa layer of grass on the map. When I went in it, I was halfway into it. It's was like tall grass. You could only see the top half of my body. Now, I want to make bushes like that. Was that a bug or can I do that again?

how do you get a graphic onto the server? im making a custom npc and its using a graphic named "4" but there are no graphics in the server folder, someone help.
