Sorry but I still understand about the 3 frames sprites, can you give me some guide for that?

Sorry I just wanna ask some questions. 1\. Can anyone tell me about how to make 3 frames sprites? I want use RMVX sprites ( and I am using Dragon Eclipse engine) 2\. In Dragon Eclipse there is a Pet and Quest System, but I dont know how to use it. Can anyone tell me how to use that Pet and Quest System? 3\. Last questions, I have try to change the level caps in the client and server at ModContstans, but anything not change after I save it. What I must to do? Sorry about my English :/
