What i am aiming for right now is being a gfx artist .. Drawing art is something for the feature xD

I am aiming to be a gfx artist  I just got PS yesterday so i was using the effects as DovahTech said…. So i want any tutorials or anything else that will help me draw art and things like that

Hi there , I was asking if i wanted to make a gui , Which i didn't try ever . What tools is needed to create a gui ? Does it require programming language ? I don't know about programming . How to assign the places of the buttons ? How to create it ? Thanks for reading , Waiting for an answer
