  1. Inkarnate is pretty good. Slightly limited, but still nice nonetheless.
  2. I'll have a hard time finding anyone willing to do anything, but the point is that I'm trying. And quite honestly, as long as that style can be achieved and properly rendered (not just through pixel art) then it'll work.
  3. Bump! There's just over a week left before the dungeon submissions are due! Good luck!
  4. I gave a theme, and I'm not limiting it to any one tileset. The reason for this is because the map's graphics will be converted over to fit those of TWoA anyway. Work with whatever you feel most comfortable with. EDIT: The goal here is not to see who can design the best map using a given tileset, but to see who can design the best dungeon within a given theme.
  5. Sounds good, can't wait to see it!
  6. You can use whichever program or tileset you'd like. I'll just remap it into the game.
  7. Okay, so, I'm not sure where to put this. So I'm just slapping it up here. You can either submit your entry through this thread, or on the original post that exists on my website (which can be found in my sig). **Theme: Underground Caverns** **Restrictions: None** **Due date: April 8th, 2016 at 12:00 AM CST** **First Prize: Your dungeon will be implemented into TWoA, and your character will be given 1,000 GP.** **Second Prize: 500 GP.** **Third Prize: 100 GP.** Winners will be selected on April 9th, and the winning dungeon will be implemented into the game by April 15th. Please try to flesh out the dungeon as much as possible, including any items or monsters a player would face along the way. In order to gain entry into the contest, all you have to do is reply to this thread with images of your dungeon that have been uploaded to Imgur, as well as details about the dungeon such as items and monsters.
  8. @'Growlith1223': > Or you could you know, fix the system and make it dynamic.. it's not hard to do so Sigh. Not helpful. What might not be hard for you, could be a major challenge for another person. Not everybody has the same skill level as you. This guy clearly is far below where you stand. So for everybody saying "omg it's so easy to do, I don't understand why you haven't done it, blah blah blah", I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that at some point you'll understand the concept of different skill levels. Once more, just to be redundant: what's easy for you, might not be easy for someone else. /EndRant With that being out of the way…. Sekiguchi, you'll have to open the source code in VB6 (I believe for both the client and the server), search for maxclasses, and change the value there. Then you'll have to search for the current classes *in the code* and either remove them completely, or edit them yourself to fit your needs. After that, compile everything, and you should be good to go.
  9. @'Sekiguchi: > Girl: Do u even want to be with me forever? > Boy: No > ~snip~ Nice spam post.
  10. I do not own these sound effects, I'm merely doing my duty to freely distribute them to those who may need them, as per [[the license….this is a hyperlink]](http://www.sonniss.com/gdc-bundle-license/). They're being distributed via torrent. If you would like to take a look, you may obtain them [[by clicking here…. again, hyperlink]](http://sonniss.com/GameAudioGDCPart2.torrent)
  11. Yeah, check the link again, and scroll to the bottom to view the edit. (I'll remove it in a few minutes, so let me know once you've seen it.)
  12. Ah, it seems you found my Reddit profile. :P And yes, it *could* apply to any field, or even to life in particular. I just wrote it, at that time, as encouragement to game developers.
