Your best bet = use the given sceipts in your posts to test if they walk, then use your own webhost to host your server. Remeber that the things that you make on here will be better than most things out there meaning if you make your own webhot, you can put in whateveryou want with no limit. Other webhosts have a cache on what you put into it.

Does anyone know ow to make an npc constantly move. I have a bird sprite for exampe and i want it to walk around like a normal npc, but i want it to always do its wing flapping animation.

Well there really isent a tutorial you can follow to spriteing. I guess you could find one for teaching you how to draw something. But other than that, thats it. You cant teach imagination.

I hate to say it t if you want your game to be nice and unique, you need to make your own sprites and tile sets. It gives your game originality. Some programs i use are macromedia flash 8 (costs about $200.00 but you can find it free on youtube), macromedia fireworks (same) and ms paint. Gimp is also nice to. Good luck.
