I changed my EO server port to 4000 and did all the steps you said but when I run it I get an error saying… UPnP.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Dos anyone know how I can fix this?

Um, your post is all over the place. It is hard to read when one part of the sentence is on one side of the post and the rest is on the other. Can you clean it up a bit so it is easier to read?
