Well, im making a quest where i need to go speak to an NPC, the npc that i speak to is supposed to give me an item. How do i make the NPC give me an item when it is spoken to

I signed up, and activated my account, but when i login, it doesnt log me in, like, i click login but it just refreshes the page and brings me back to the login page

does this work with XP? cuz i cant find the Network Sharing thing
